2023 National Virtual Kinesiology Conference

Discover the importance of inclusivity in Kinesiology during the 4th annual National Kin Can Conference happening November 4-5, 2023, at 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET. The virtual two-day educational conference is brought to you by the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA) in partnership with their 10 member provincial Kinesiology associations. 

This year’s theme is Exploring Inclusive Kinesiology: Breaking Barriers for All. Designed for Kinesiologists, Kinesiology students, Kinesiology academics and those in the health and fitness profession to learn more about the importance of inclusivity among this profession and industry. A number of world-renowned speakers will address this topic and speak on how to make physical activity and sports accessible to all individuals including those with diverse abilities and backgrounds.  

The goal of the conference is to help broaden the knowledge of Kinesiologists by creating an interactive and educational platform to share scientific insights, the latest research, and applicative findings and share real-world examples to help elevate and enhance the profession.  

Conference highlights include:  

• 10 x 1-hour educational sessions throughout the virtual conference led by renowned national presenters in a wide range of Kinesiology specializations and expertise.  

• Up to 10 continuing education credits during the two-day conference (i.e., 1 credit per hour/session). 

• Ability to network and connect with a diverse group of Kinesiology professionals and other health and fitness professionals with different levels of expertise, experience, and knowledge from across the country.
